Family Law (State & International) and Bankruptcy

The absolute hardest type of legal matter to go through alone is a family law matter.   We understand and sympathize with the emotional and financial toll a family law case can take.   But we are here to help with resolution of the matter, whether it be a simple divorce or a highly contested custody dispute.

We handle divorces, paternity cases, alimony and child support modification, custody modification, and step-parent adoptions among other family law related matters.

Mr. Way also has experience with Hague Convention cases and International Parental Kidnapping, both on the civil and criminal side.

With the current economic conditions, We have re-established our bankruptcy practice.  We handle individual and business Chapter 7 cases and small business Chapter 11 cases.
